Responsibility:

1. Determine and deliver the annual sourcing budget plan;
2. Create open and effective relationships with suppliers and manage negotiation to control the cost saving;
3. Work with internal QC and suppliers towards continual product improvement.
4. Select and develop profitable new lines upon market trends, buyer requirements and competitor activity;
5. Manage and supervise the team's working procedures and control operation expenses;
6. Be responsible for team building, supervise and train the team members as the team grows;
7. Provide value-added service to buying office in an efficient and professional manner;
8. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above, major in international trade, business English or related.
2. 5+ years working experience in international retailer or buying office, with 2+ years as management role;
3. Solid experience in Asian sourcing;
4. Solid knowledge of general merchandise.
5.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
6.Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill;
7.Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability;
8.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
9.Excellent team management and working well under pressure.
10.Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
11.Good command of written and oral English;
12.Willing to travel if necessary.
