STATEMENTS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

1) Lead small team to responsible for end to end delivery of specific New Product development and any ongoing replenishment skills, to an agreed cost, quality and on time;

2) Assist line manager to manage key stakeholders throughout the process to deliver the required results;

3) Manage a project to achieve company KPIs including cost saving target, on time delivery, first time inspection rates etc;

4) Develop supplier relationships and help suppliers to understand and best utilize their capabilities, capacity to exploit opportunities for mutual growth;

5) To support line manager to drive project team and suppliers for continuous improvement and efficiency in managing project/program;

6) To drive project team to enable effective, efficient delivery of projects, through cross functional/regional working;

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

1) Proven skill sets in Project Management / 5 years sourcing or merchandizing experience of cosmetics;

2) Good negotiation skills;

3) Clear written and spoken communication (English) and mandarin;

4) People management skills;

5) Attention to details;

6) Good knowledge of the product categories and production techniques applicable to Pharmaceutical business;

7) Logical and analytical thinking;

8) Business focus;

9) Good interpersonal skills.
