职位描述
- From our IC Sector, BT division is looking to a Sr. financial controller. Focus on financial performance control and financial status analysis & reporting, giving a flag on area to be improved to division management. Support IC sector and SG for performance control/reporting issue. Backup to central controlling team leader. Internally, interacts closely with SG CON, IC sector IC, BU CON, SLC CON, BT QH, BT HK &TW and BT OC as well as with internal service providers. Externally, interacts closely with external business partners, authorities , service providers and customers.
What are my responsibilities?
- Management Support and reporting
- To develop and maintain reporting system, process, tools and templates.
- To extract information from SAP, Esprit and Dash system to provide reliable and timely key management report regarding key financial figures on BU, region and Division Level, NEA level.
- To consolidation and reconcile different reporting figures, support and enable Management to interpret, judge and understand the financial results, developments and trends.
- To do monthly commentary on fiancial status in SR system for BT division as well as IC sector.
- Help to set up yearly incentive targe for SLC BT division and do quarterly analysis for target achivement result.
SOA
- Help to implement and maintain SOA system according to HQ guideline.
- Coordinate and support OC for such topic from Division level
- Cooperation with SLC CON, IC CON and HQ to conduct regular SOA assessment and test.
Others
- Special tasks as assigned by BT management
- BT internal control process monitor and update
- Support IC setor CON reporting.
- Support SG division CON reporting.
What do I need quality this position?
- Several years of experience in Financial controlling and accounting field.
- CPA, ACCA or relevant financial accounting certificate is preferred.
- Good understanding on Product and solution business or experience on process setup is a plus.
- Fluent written / spoken English / Chinese.
- Familiar with SOA/RIC/PUMA.
- Familiar with Siemens SAP system relevant module, especially FI/CO module.
- Strong Analysis skill and data flow understanding
- Very good at Windows operation system, excel, word, thinkcell.
What else do I need to know?
- Knowledge of Building Technology related products and systems is a plus
- Work experience in international company especially in Siemens operating company is preferred.
- Strong Communication skill and teamwork.
