职位描述
- From our IC Sector, BT division, PRP (Principles, Regulation and Processes) department is looking to a PRP Officer. He/she will be responsible for internal risk and control tasks, including signature mandate regulation, circular management, internal control, risk management, audit follow-up.
What are my responsibilities?
- Administration of signature mandate regulation, including setting up the guidelines for Division BT and LMV, as well as monitoring its implementation.
- Systematic Administration of circular/regulation, including digesting and implementation follow-up of circulars from superior, handling of self-initiated circular/regulation.
- Annual risk and internal control procedures, as well as quality validity for OCs
- Risk managements for Division BT and LMV
- Supports and coordination of process mapping
- Audit follow up: Coordination of Divisions (including OC) audit follow up measures with topic owners and auditors; Support topic owners for remediation; Monitor implementation status; Action review and validation; Coordinate audit follow up review
What do I need quality this position?
- College graduated major in BA and related
- Min. 3 years working experience in contract management and internal control areas.
- Experience in intercultural relations desirable
- Competence Required: cross function communication, collaboration & influencing, business result oriented, detail-oriented
What else do I need to know?
- Knowledge of commercial and/or business administration
- Very good at Written and spoken English skill
- Presentation skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
