职位描述
工作职责
1.Develops and reviews all sales plans and commercial strategies within Emerson CT China, including OEM, end-user and distributor sales etc.;
2.Establishes sales quotas and budgets for regions or product lines;
3.Responsible for achievement of both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives;
4.Advises management on consumer trends and feedback;
5.Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force;
6.Plans and manages all sales activities and coordinates all sales staff;
7.Works with marketing and distribution management to establish and maintain relationships with distributors and customers;
8.Works closely with sales team on all major contracts and develop personal contacts with major clients;
Manages and trains the whole sales team.
职位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above in Marketing / Business Management or industry automation;
2.Minimum of 7 years experience in business development, sales or marketing fields;
3.Minimum 5 years in international company with rich people management experience;
4.Proven ability to lead, influence and execute in complex matrix organization;
5.In-depth knowledge of industry product offerings and commercial processes;
6.Proactive and Initiative with strategic mindset;
7.Good management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
8.Strong leadership and team-orientated;
9.Strong influencing ability to build trustful networking;
10.Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Mandarin & English.
