Job Responsibility
· Prepare the training material and delivery;
· Coordinate tutor's schedule, pre-work and assessment and communication, and update routine arrangement;
· Assist new vendor in application approval with PR/PO process;
· Prepare the sales report and revenue tracking to the management team
· Verify and handle training agreement, external training application, consultants and programs'related expenses and payment follow up.

Required Skills
· Degree holder with at least three years' experience, preferably in MNC environment;
· Experience in Human Resources field with training program coordinating and managing experience is preferred;
· Working knowledge of training program support & coordination is required;
· Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency;
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
· A good team player and a fast learner with excellent customer focus, planning and organizing skills;
· Detail-oriented and is able to multi-task and work under time pressure.
