Overall Role Purpose：

Develop and implement express solutions according to global customers’ requirements. Manage and complete customer projects within agreed time and budget and ensure service quality meets/exceeds customers’ expectation

Key activities：

- Provide express solution to global and local customers to ensure their requirements are met according to pre-agreed performance levels

- To provide dedicated operational support to China GMNC & NC sales team in order to help them achieving sales target

- Understand customers’ need and ensure proposed solutions is implemented as per agreed timeline and service level target

- Assist COG Manager to identify common service issues and recommend improvement plans to improve service to GMNC & NC customers

- Leverage trending and analysis of customer performance data to identify short, mid and long term opportunities for improvements within the DHL executed network and the customer supply chain. Focus on both DHL internal improvements and overall supply chain execution opportunities

Skills / Qualifications：

- University degree or above

- Strong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication are essential

- 3-5 years relevant experience as a project manager in an express or logistics environment

- Presentation skills (excellent)

- Ability to handle and relate large quantities of data
