Requirements 任职要求:
1.More than 3 to 4 years working experience
2.Focus on the mold making of stamping forming (better for automobile industry);
3.Have some knowledge of the stamping forming process
4.knowledge of polishing process and have practical ability
5.Not an expert but at least the basic knowledge of heat treatment and nitriding(渗氮)
6.Good English both oral and written, esp. technical English
7.Fast learner, can work under pressure, overtime and travelling may needed,
8.Good interpersonal and communication skill



Responsibilities主要职责:
-Manage the molds coating production include incoming inspection, all pre-treatment, batch loading, coating and post-treatment process in TJ center
-Manage, coach and train the TJ molds coating production team
-Solid technical support to the molds coating production in TJ center
-Work on the shop floor (E.G blasting, polishing, batch loading…..) if needed
-Technical and applications support to local sales team if necessary
Tasks:
Day to day operation management of mold coating production with the guidance and support from TJ center manager to ensure the quality and delivery time of mold coating production.
•Technical training to TJ mold coating production team with the guidance and support from China mold manager to build up an efficient and professional mold coating production team in TJ center.
•Solid technical support to the mold coating production in terms of the process, fixtures, equipment and tools, solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support from China mold manager and mold supervisor.
•QA report for coating to ensure the coating quality.
•Coordination and Management of subcontracted laboratories regarding metallurgical analysis if needed.
•Work on the shop floor (E.G blasting, polishing, batch loading…..) if needed.
•Coordinate local production and sales activities.
•Technical and applications support to local sales team if necessary, with the guidance and support from China mold manager.
