职位职责:

The Client Solution Executive is a senior leadership position responsible for the total customer relationship for large-scale, complex (delivery and solution models) Application Management Services sales opportunities. This individual is expert at planning, designing and executing an effective long-term business relationship engagements with "C" level executives and senior level key client decision makers and influencers. The individual is responsible for all detailed aspects of effectively positioning large-scale and the services opportunities before the customers, as well as the articulation of these prospects to THE Executives. This individual identifies and prioritizes THE large-scale client opportunities, and is further responsible for tracking development of client solutions to assure alignment with client needs. This individual plans, facilitates and conducts complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments. He is responsible for tracking and reporting progress on all aspects of large-scale and THE opportunities. This individual is responsible for working with Sales Channels and THE Business Development Executives to define and execute growth strategies related to the expansion of large-scale and multinational opportunities in new and emerging markets. Additionally, this individual is responsible for adhering to selling methods and tools used in the account planning and account/sales tracking and communications process. He is responsible for attaining all assigned new and growth sales, profit and revenue targets on assigned accounts.

职位要求:

10+ years in executive level client facing sales role supporting multinational clients.

? Preferably 5+ years executive level (C-Level, EVP-Level) position within a multinational firm.

? Ability to develop and sustain meaning C-Level client relationships at large-scale (Fortune 500 and multinational) firms.

? Proven ability to successfully define and execute a global business development strategy involving Fortune 500 companies.

? Mastery of the information technology industry and associated leading edge solutions and strategies that can be applied to opportunities at business unit, country or international levels. ? Mastery of techniques and tools (e.g., opportunity assessment resources, global finance planning, etc.) to help reduce selling cycle time and to bring innovative, executable solutions to customers/prospects in the most timely manner.

? Highly proficient at strategically leveraging "full equation" of offerings and products into a differentiated and competitive client solution and proposal. Pro-actively seeks and maintains an understanding of the competition's offerings and strategies, with further capability to appropriately leverage competitors’ offerings or products into a client solution to yield the highest deal value for the customer

? Mastered ability to work and drive large sales engagements to closure.

? Excellent negotiator and developer of negotiating strategies related to AMS services, and can effectively negotiate the integration of AMS services as value components of a total solution that result in lasting agreements and commitments.

? Demonstrates the highest levels of teamwork to define approaches to meet customer needs in the most expedient manner.

? Ability to communicate proposals to customers/prospects effectively and in a compelling manner. ? Recognizes very complex problems relating to clients’ business models and the business plans they are trying to achieve. Analyzes situation and defines new, innovative approaches or procedures.
