As a Product Manager for small accessories you are responsible to plan for, monitor and control the entire production of hair products, jewelry and items like headphones, Iphone cases etc.

Main responsibilities:

Work with the Supply Chain Manager to develop a production plan using H&M working methods and routines to ensure seasonal and annual goals are achieved
Conduct market analysis, identifies, evaluates, and secure new capacity needs with Global team
Provides guidance to ensure H&M negotiates best deals (price and lead time) for specific quantities from suppliersfor specific products within needed delivery time.
Supervise that all quotations are being sent to the best suitable suppliers (according to plan) and that H&M price method is applied.
Be a good role model /an H&M leader and work on building the team to a top performing team.
Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with feedback, dialogue talks, talent identification, development and retention.
Lead and supervise communication between POs, suppliers and H&M buying office.
Ensure development of suppliers to ensure production goals are met.
Drive and manage the development process (product development, development weeks, development centers etc).
