Are you the new Product Quality Manager for Woven products in Shanghai PO?


As a PQM, you will take responsibilities to:

Manage production quality teams with functions including Technicians, QA and QC
Motivate and build the team to a top performing team according to company goal
Guide the team and secure the working routine, working methods and system implementation
Overview and follow the workload to secure the best job allocation
Encourage the teams to work closely internally and with other departments
Set production quality goals and production strategy together with PM, CAM and SCM
Ensure and maintain good understanding, cooperation and teamwork between PO and BO.
Have a good knowledge of H&M suppliers’ production set-up and quality performance level and secure a good cooperation with suppliers
