Job description
Perform combine role of Test Manager and Technical BA role for the assigned application or IT initiative.
Interlock with business team and application team to gather the business, functional and technical requirements for the applications/IT inititatives
Produce the business requirement or project scope document
Review and/or produce the solution strategy and design document
Analyse and response to the application change request.
Review and /or produce the Test Strategy and Test plan documentation
Review and/or produce the Test cases
Day to day management of test execution including test issue resolution and test status reporting.
Coordinate business users to plan and complete the User Acceptance Testing.
Liase with the application/technical team to resolve any test issue/defect.
Primary Requirements:
Good English oral and written communication skill (Skill Level 4)
Good organization skill (Skill Level 4)
Schedule planning (Skill Level 4)
Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis (Skill Level 3)
Business Process Modelling (Skill Level 3)
Data Analyst and Modelling (Skill Level 3)
IBM Testing Methodology (Skill Level 4)
Ability/Experience to define Test Strategy, Detail Test Plan, Test Cases, TOM and RVTM (Skill Level 4)
Ability/Experience in managing the test execution, test issue resolution and test status reporting (Skill Level 4)
Ability/Experience in preparing the Business Requirement document (Skill level 3)
Secondary Skills Requirement:
General MVS Skill (JCL)
DB2 SQL
PLI Programming
General ASCA or corporate audit understanding
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in relevant working experience
