Responsibilities:

1, To carry out project (in different project scope) and ensure project to be accomplished successfully within project KPI through project management. The project management scopes are:
Detail process design and construction design with the help of design institute according to the related design regulation and make equipment & material selection accordingly;
Initiate procurement request, track and control the procumbent schedule to reach the request of the project;
Communicate with third part for resource utilizing (esp. on customer utilities building up) to ensure the smooth running of the project;
Control and manage the subcontractor to implement the project;
Organize or execute commissioning;
Execute customer training according training manual;
Organize project handing over with the customer or maintenance team in time;
2, Project process Control:
To implement Industrial Management System and all the related regulations of safety, health and environment in the whole process of project.
Quality control to reach the design specification
Schedule and budget control within the project KPI
Follow and control the whole project under the legalization regulations of the government
Keep the project files documentation
3, To provide necessary technical support to sales team on finalizing sales contract as request.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, and major in Engineering is preferred;
2.Over 5 years working experience in project management at chemical factory;
