职位描述：

Job Description
- Use various techniques (mechanical/optical/bio imaging) to characterize substrates such as skin, tooth or ceramic and effect of product and technologies on these substrates
- Deliver technical insight through measurements and help translating into relevant consumer benefits
- Contribute to consumer understanding and target setting through measurement support
- Support claim and demo of product
- Participate actively into internal and external science community and leverage expertise/skills outside into project

- Ensure delivery of work of high quality and accuracy
- Write up reports and present work to regular team meeting, external meeting, senior stakeholders review

Job Requirements
- Ph.D. in (Bio-)Physics/Chemistry/Materials with good measurement research background or Master with 3+ yrs of related research experience
- Experience in tribology, surface characterization or bio-imaging (in-vivo, ex-vivo) preferred
- Practical experience with OCT or nanoindentation is a plus
- Candidate with basic optical knowledge is welcome
- Team work and good communication
- Good spoken and written English
- Good problem solving and learning skills
