职位描述
- Basic Function
Under the supervision of Field Audit Manager, the incumbent is responsible for:
1.Responsible for the enforcement and improvement of the EH&S, field quality, subcontractor management policies & procedures stipulated by the organization and local government.
2.Assist in establishing of the EH&S management system. Improve the safety management level and eliminates on-site hazards.
3.Assist in strengthen the branch management capability in field administrative work.
-Duties & Responsibilities
1.Perform announced and unannounced job site audit in assessing the installation commencement preparation; in-process checking; FPA and Assurance Review
2.Track the CAs and re-audit the result after improvement completion. .
3.Conduct field technical and EHS training in each region for field mechanic and subcontractor employee.
4.Prepare monthly report to consolidate and analyze the field performance by branch and respective region in the area of FPA; subcontractor management; branch field administration management and installation quality.
5.Assist the region GM to conduct Zone EHS committee meeting timely and to track the progress of the implementation of decisions made.
-Qualifications
1.Bachelor or equivalent major in engineering.
2.At least 5 years of elevator installation/service field or EHS experience.
3.Familiar with ISO14001&OHSAS18000 standard and system.
4.English in spoken and written.
5.Strong communication skill.
