Fast paced, growth oriented consumer Electronics Company with 25 years' operating history in Asia seeks highly qualified Financial Controller based in Dong Guan China.

The most highly qualified candidate will enjoy an excellent employment package and will direct and have overall responsibility for the organization's financial accounting practices, maintenance of fiscal records; including direct and overall responsibility for internal forecasting, detailed financial reporting, and budgetary controls. Knowledge and experience in cloud based ERP Accounting Software preferred. Understanding of NetSuite and Javascript language highly desired. Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese required. Responsibilities include:

. Ability to generate timely and accurate financial and management reports on a consistent basis. Reports will be required in an English environment where accuracy is of the utmost importance. The ideal candidate must be very detail focused.

. Computer proficiency essential; advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite ERP (or similar such as SAP) and related financial software.

. Interpret operating results as they affect the financial management of the organization and make specific recommendations to Chairman for cost reduction and/or profit improvement.

. Manage payroll and other human resource activities with assistance of two dedicated staff.

. Be proactive in purchase and management of acquisitions including company real-estate.

. Comply with accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, and management reporting requirements in China and China Taiwan.

. Be up to date on all Government Tax requirements (including VAT refund management) as well as HR laws and regulations in both China and China Taiwan.

. Ability to establish and manage carefully all formal internal control policies and procedures.

. Skilled in budgeting and planning and responsible for the annual budget process.

. Strong interpersonal skills required in dealing effectively with human resource issues, outside auditors, bankers, and government tax officials.

. National or large regional accounting firm experience a plus

. Expertise in cost accounting and cost structuring within an ERP environment

Education:

MBA or CPA in accounting, finance, and/or business administration is required. A minimum of four years advanced accounting and financial experience in China. Sophisticated background with advanced ERP development and Management skills within an English language based environment. Prefer US University MBA (Finance emphasis) with strong English Language skills. Proof of academic work, performance and degree plus relevant work history will be required. Reporting to USA based company Chairman or designee.
