Responsibilities:
1.Assume the overall responsibilities of promoting our newly developed PVD Coating services to prospective customers in the mould & die industry, besides the cutting tool industry, as an additional offering to our customers, along with our well-established business in providing packaged sales of “ASSAB” brand tool steels, machining, heat treatment and other value-added services, including but not limited to, nitriding, oxidizing, shot preening, etc.
2.Access to the Tier-1 and OEM manufacturers in the key target industrial sectors, such as, automotive, cutting tool, plastic products, etc., which being the end-customers of our prospective customers, promoting and getting our PVD Coating services qualified and specified.
3.Keep abreast of the changes in market trends, needs and requirements and translate them into additional PVD Coating business. Conduct comprehensive market study and bench-marking competitive analysis, utilizing various analytical tools.
4.Develop an in-depth understanding of the PVD Coating markets in South China and China as a whole. Prepare and implement corresponding marketing plans and programs and drive to achieving our growing objectives and targets and enhancing our market positioning as a premier and preferred integrated PVD Coating service provider.
5.Provide the required technical support and training to customers and the sales & marketing team.
6.Handle all the technical claims of the customers and drive for the implementation of corresponding improvement programs through working with the technical, R&D and production teams.
7.As the Company representative in the regional and global networking meetings and conferences which are regularly being held with other Group affiliates.
8.Actively participate in the networking with prospective customers and relevant technical & industrial institutions.
Requirements:
1.3-5 years of solid experience in technical sales or marketing, preferably, in a major and reputable PVD Coating service company.
2.Good understanding of the PVD Coating markets in China, particularly, South China and possess established connection with prospective PVD Coating customers or their end-customers in the key target industrial sectors, such as automotive and cutting tool, etc.
3.Degree holder, in relevant subjects
4.Proficiency in English and Mandarin
5.Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
6.Good organizational and problem solving skills
7.Willing to work and station in South China
