我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区及四川省。
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: 4S店总经理
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 根据公司经营指标，制订、分解部门月度和年度销售计划并确保执行；
2. 负责销售部门整体以及日常销售运营工作，能规范并保证销售流程按标准被执行；
3. 具备良好的财务意识和知识，能合理计划销售资金的使用及回笼；
4. 能清晰领会厂家销售政策，并能针对本公司情况，拟定出最佳完成方案向总经理提议并确保执行；
5. 严格执行厂家营销运作标准，及授权销售服务中心各相关部门沟通和协调；
6. 具备市场信息收集、数据管理转化与分析能力，能按市场情况拟定适时有效的促销方案，确保市场竞争力；
7. 负责大客户业务及销售网络的管理；
8. 客户投诉的处理与解决，销售顾问的培养与引导；
9. 销售部各岗位的工作制度制定及绩效考核管理；
10. 能建立培养和完善一支训练有素，极具竞争与服务意识的销售团队。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. 工商管理或汽车工程本科毕业；
2. 至少8年的汽车行业工作经验，有销售管理经验优先；
3. 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧；优秀的团队合作精神和团队凝聚力；
4. 能承受工作压力，乐于接受各项工作任务挑战；
5. 能独立工作，妥善处理管理公司与分公司之间的各项工作衔接；
6. 有强烈的责任心，突出的执行力和积极进取的乐观心态；
7. 具备运营财务管理知识；
8. 具备良好的中英文书写能力。
