Reporting to:

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

> General:

+ Ensure accurate both management (Group IFRS) and legal (Local PRC) financial reporting

+ In charge of Accounting and Treasury operations
+ Define the closing process and Department procedures. Works in close relationships with the Operations controller, Tax Manager, Group and E&C Global functions
+ Support Operations control for budget setting. Ensures the compliance of methodology and procedures with Group IFRS rules
+ Participate to the risk analysis process (customers, suppliers, internal control…)

> Accounting:

+ Setup and apply the accounting policy

+ Manage the accounting daily operation
+ Review and validate all accounting reports under PRC GAAP

+ Manage the yearly PRC GAAP audit

+ Review and validate all accounting reports under IFRS GAAP
+ Manage and cooperate the yearly IFRS audit from the Group Auditor
+ Perform the periodic accounting & control review

> Treasury:

+ Manage the cash daily operation

+ Review and validate all bank transactions
+ Manage the hedging relationship
+ Manage all the bank credit lines and credit documents
+ Credit analysis for client / commitment & cash flow analysis to support to the project selling

> Others:

+ Develop and improve the procedures in the department

+ Subsidy application to the municipality

+ Relationships with government divisions

Requirements:

+ Bachelor or Above with major in Finance /Economic /Accounting
+ Above 7 Years experience in accounting and finance management
+ Solid management experience in MNC, manufacturing and construction industry background
+ C.P.A. designation and Tax experience is preferred

+ Good knowledge of IFRS and PRC Accounting principles

+ Strong finance analysis skill

+ Presenting with confidence, ease and enthusiasm, to get impact on audience. Able to communicate with all levels
+ Able to simplify and synthesize complex situations with consideration to all elements
+ Organized, rigorous, curious, persevering, systematic
+ Self-sufficient, self-initiative and able to work under pressure

+ Management capabilities and leadership qualities

+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
