职责：

Project Managers are assigned to individual programmes ，this will include the governance of reconciliation delivery, on boarding new reconciliations & teams and strategic initiatives. The role is to provide expert analysis, define corresponding solutions and to implement these solutions. The role will incorporate a number of elements including analysis & design, testing & business readiness activities. The project manager will be working in partnership with internal clients & technology on global initiatives to consolidate & enhance reconciliation platforms and processes, with particular focus on the APAC region.

? Define and implement global standards for project management, in adherence with applicable standards

? Establish key stakeholders and expand the change model into the APAC region

? Develop robust and measurable Business Cases to capture quantitative ROI using standard financial methods

? Define and manage project plans to deliver changes/benefits on time within budget

? Manage project teams consisting of business analysts & IT analysts

? Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly

? Effective & frequent communications to Management & stakeholders e.g. weekly project updates & monthly steering committees. Assist in the organization and delivery of presentations for a variety of purposes

? Develop individual project artifacts as necessary, including Business Requirements documentation (BRD’s), test scripts and business readiness documentation

? Develop alone, or work with others, to define strategies aligned with the strategy and goals

? Work in partnership with clients, provide recommendations for improving reconciliation service and ensure APAC has a voice into tactical & strategic programmes and that APAC expectations are understood & actively managed

? Establish a framework and governance model for on boarding new clients into the APAC region

? Assist in ad-hoc duties within the Change team as necessary

要求：

Previous Experience:

? Minimum of 10 years in Financial Services

? Real-world experience in analysis, design, testing and implementation

? Collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements.

? Credible experience of successfully implemented projects in the financial services industry

? Experience should ideally involve large scale implementations

? Practical Operations processing experience in a CMB product line e.g. FX, Loans, CRMS, Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income and Reconciliations & controls

? Managing, organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Competencies:

? Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions

? Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge

? Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

? Ability to analyse the future impact of decisions by taking a big-picture approach

? Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design

? Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers

? Ability to work independently, multi-task and take ownership

? Ability to assemble a team with the right mix of skills

? Ability to create clear status reports catered to all levels of management

? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
