Director of Business Development China – Location Suzhou
中国业务拓展总监- 工作地点：苏州

Your tasks:
- Identification and developing the new business areas and markets in China in the industrial and automotive environment
- Monitoring the development of market and industry as well as recommendations for action and optimization
- Establishing the contacts to potential customers on management level and supporting the sales staff in the process of new business development
- Developing the growth strategies with focus on existing and new industries on the
Chinese market
- Establishing the new business contacts to new customers
- Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and taking care of the relationship with the customers, key account management
- Selling concept of solutions and services which requires cross-functional know-how at strategic level
- Reporting to the responsible management and exchanging information with them

Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master/Diplom degree in business or engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering)
- 5-10 years of experience in business development in industrial and automotive area
- Good network in China, preferably in the area of application of electromagnetic systems and components
- Highly target and sales oriented, ability to close deals independently
- Work experience in an international business environment, preferably for European or American companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Chinese as mother language, fluent in English spoken and written, German a plus
- Able to work independently and travel in China and Asia
- Self motivated, highly customer and result orientated, systematic work
