Job Description:

1, Formulation, implementation and delivery of human resources strategies by focusing on differing business scenarios in order to accurately translate the quantity and quality of employees needed in the short, medium and long term to deliver company objectives in line with the strategic business plan

2, Responsible for compensation& benefit administration for several sites which located in Suzhou, Wuzhong, Nanjing, Shanghai and Tianjin. Ensuring consistent and effective implementation of corporate and regional compensation and benefits programs and processes

3, Manage compensation plans to meet regulatory compliance and governance/audit requirements, consulting with legal resources and staying abreast of developing legislation and its potential impact.

4, Provides HR consultancy services to functional managers / leaders and employees.

5, Collects data about company’s Compensation policies and analyzes them to prepare reports and advises managers for making important decisions.

6, Partner with the broader Total Rewards team to drive the company’s compensation philosophies through global initiatives.

7, Coordinates on other ad-hoc project/program in relations to HR C&B issues

8, Manages and trains up the subordinates, build up the team that professional in the C&B function

Job Requirements:

1, Bachelor degree with minimum of 6 years’ experience in compensation related functions. Prefer candidate with experience in a HR consulting company;

2, 3/+ years of people management and leadership experience. A successful track record of coaching and mentoring staff;

3, Sound knowledge and skills in HRM especially in HR strategy formulation, culture and value building and change management;

4, Demonstrated ability to understand and implement compensation practices and philosophies, experience working with compensation surveys and translating the data to applicable salary administration;

5, Strong knowledge of compensation surveys and statistical analysis, base pay, incentive plan design and analysis, sales compensation, job evaluation methodologies and pay structure analysis and design;

6, Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization from production associates to executives;

7, Very good command of both written and spoken English;

8. Strong PC skills including MS Office and strong database skills (Excel);

9, Exposure in a large scale and fast paced manufacturing environment & prior experience with a multi-location business will be an added advantage;
