职位描述：

Bühler is a specialist and technology partner for plant and equipment and related services for processing basic foods and manufacturing highgrade materials. In order to enhance our strength in Grain Milling industry, we would like to look for a Product Manager who will work closely with R&D, LCM, Business Development Manager, Business Unit Manager. He will report directly to Busienss Development Manager and he/she will be responsible for:

- Research and understand differentiation/value drivers of products vs. competitor products – quantification of value drivers;
- Manage assigned products in regards to market and customer requirements, technical development, and economic

value of product;
- Plan, execute and control marketing campaigns (Exhibitions, conferences, customer events, mailings etc.) ;
- Prepare market communication material (Brochures, video, advertisements, Internet etc.) and prepare and maintain

sales tools (Sales documentation, sales presentation etc;
- Contribute to strategy development of the business unit

岗位要求：

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Processing or related;
- More than 3 years working experience in:
-R&D, LCM of single machine in Grain Processing industry or
-Technical functions of Grain Processing industry single machine manufacturing companies or;
-Maintenance department of Grain Processing manufacturing companies
- Experience with the Product Development is preferred;
- Superior communication and coordination skill to work well with stakeholders;
- Excellent Presentation skills to be active in Promote the products;
- Analytical and strategic thinker but comfortable with ambiguity;
- Good English in Reading and Writing;
- Be competent in applicaiton of MS Offices;
- Willing to travel, around 30% time
