职位描述：

Bühler is a specialist and technology partner for plant and equipment and related services for processing basic foods and manufacturing highgrade materials. In order to enhance our strength in Dryer industry, we would like to look for Customer Service Engineer who will work closely with both internal Sales, CS both in China and U.S. and external Customer. The candidate will report directly to Process Engineering Manager who is U.S. national and English speaker. He/Shewill be responsible for providing on-site dryer commissioning and troubleshooting services, as well as local improvement to technical capabilities and knowledge of local China (and sometime SEA) market. The daily work will be:

- Prepare any support staff provided by customer for start-up works, related to inspect and test finished dryer

installations and confirm ready to begin start-up activities. Provide minor mechanical / electrical modifications

to installations as situation may require to achieve confirmation ;
时刻准备前往客户现场，为客户提供检查并测试已安装的干燥设备,确保启动工作的顺利开展。包含机械/电气部分的调试安装,满足既定的客户需求;

- Introduce customers’ product to dryer and verify Buhler- Aeroglide equipment operates as intended and meet

contractual agreement and capacities;
为客户提供干燥设备操作培训,达到合同既定的要求和产能;

- Formal checkout with customer and discuss the after-sales issues like: spare parts recommendations and parts sales

point of contact, 24 hour hot line technical assistance and scheduled technical support inspection and maintenance
available;
与客户正式核实,并沟通售后的有关事宜.例如：备件推荐,部分的销售条款,24小时服务热线,技术支持检查安排及维修支持;

- Identify spare parts / capital sales opportunities, reporting back to local sales team and gather process data

from customer site and use to evaluate performance and for future reference;

识别备件或设备销售机会,及时反馈给销售团队,并收集客户现场的工艺参数,设备运营情况,为将来的销售做准备

岗位要求：

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Preference) ;
大学本科学历, 工程类专业(机械/电子)毕业 ;

- 1-3 years’ experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and/or operation of large scale industrial

equipment;
1-3年在大型工业设备领域从事安装, 调试, 设备故障解决或者操作工作经验 ;

- Effective communication skills, written and verbal with self-confidence during interaction with customers;
高效的沟通技巧，包括书面及口语，自信的与客户交流;

- Proactive identification and understanding of customer needs and systematic caring for key accounts, addressing

of customer feedback, continuous improvement of customer service;
主动识别并理解客户需求，专业对待重点客户，回应客户的反馈，持续提高客户服务质量;

- Good English in speaking/reading/writing;
良好的英文听说读写能力;

- Computer proficient, including Office suite and standard drafting software (CAD);
熟练的计算机操作能力，包括MS Office及基础的CAD画图;

- Willing to frequent business trip
