General Manager China – Automotive Vendor – Location Shanghai/Wuxi
中国区总经理- 工作地點:上海或无锡
Your tasks:
- Responsible for all factories and sales offices in China with about 2,000 employees.
- Developing China strategy with focus on existing and new customers in China
- Identification and developing the new business areas and markets in China
- Monitoring the development of market and industry as well as recommendations for action and optimization
- Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and taking care of the relationship with the existing key accounts like Bosch, Continental and TRW.
- Establishing the contacts to customers on management level and supporting the sales staff in the process of new business or projects
- Reporting to CEO located in Europe and frequent exchange of information with the management team within the company
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in engineering
- Work experience as General Manager, Sales Director and/or Key Account Manager in automotive fields in China
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive business and customers in China
- Good network in China, preferably with existing relationship with key accounts like Bosch, Continental or TRW.
- Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Work experience in an international business environment, preferably for European or American companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Chinese and in English spoken and written
- Able to work independently and travel in China and to Europe
- Self motivated, highly customer and result orientated, systematic work
