首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Unload goods received. Visually count boxes and cross check the goods receiving notes against the items physically received. Take the corresponding actions in case of disagreements. (i.e. wrong items, wrong quantities, missing certificates,…) 负责到货的卸货。清点箱数并同收货单比对。对有异议的地方采取措施处理。（如:品名错误、数量错误、证件缺失等。）
? Allocate items to the designated warehouse and location.把货物送到指定的仓库和位置。
? Move and allocate items within the warehouse, to move them from Goods In to the warehouse, from the warehouse to the production cell, from there back to the warehouse and ultimately from the warehouse to the Goods Out area. 负责物品仓库内的转移，包括从入库到仓库，仓库到生产车间，车间到仓库，以及接下来的仓库到出库。
? As per the picking lists provided by the Export dept. or as per the work orders given by the production dept., Stores Officers will pick and prepare items, regardless of their destiny. Some may go to production, some to subcontracting and some others to the customer. 按照出口部门的领料单或者生产部门的生产订单，库管人员负责领料和准备货物，无论到什么地方。或许到生产区域，或许到外加工区域，或发给客户。
? Identify and label goods, racks & selves, bins, cases and locations.每个物品的定位标签都应贴在相应的货架上。同时也要注意其他帮助识别过道、货架和横梁的标签。
? Input information in ERP system for receiving, deliveries, movements and other transactions related with warehouse; including stock reporting and goods movement reporting 把相关信息输入到ERP系统中，包括收货，发货，库内移动以及和仓库有关的其他转移活动；以及库存报告和货物转移报告。
? Assist accountant department in inventory transactions and periodical inventory registration/closure (Monthly, quarterly, year or any moment requested)协助财务部门清点库存，定期录入信息。（每月，每季及其他任何需要之时）
? Communicate with Quality Department and other department involved about goods coming/going and related documentation. 同质量部门和其他相关部门保持沟通，关于货物进出和相关单据。
? Coordinate subcontracting orders with the production department. Subcontracting orders are responsibility of the production dept. Goods Out will proceed to dispatch the goods whereas Goods In will receive them back and pass them to Stores where will then be moved to the next operation (if applicable).同生产部门确认外加工的订单。生产部门负责外加工订单。出货部门负责发货，收货部门负责其收回并转交到仓管部门，以待下一步操作（如需要）。
? Keep warehouse and connected dependences organize and clean 保持仓库和相关区域干净整洁。
? Assist other workers in movements on the goods and stuff. 协助其他工人货物和物品的流动。
? Arrange and distribute materials for production department (in location and time) 给生产部门安排和分发物料（及时准确）
? Report and feedback of low levels of material and reposition timely (Low levels of consumables when it happens, other goods movements in daily or stipulated period basis).及时地汇报和反馈物料库存不足（消耗品不足时，其他货物日常或规定期间的流动情况）
? Keep maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with regulation (Enterprise, local and National laws and regulations), paying special attention to forklift inspections, his own forklift driving/operating license, etc.负责仓库设备的维护，确保其符合规范（企业，当地和国家的法律法规）。尤其要注意叉车的年检，自身的叉车驾照/操作证件的年检等。
? Other assignment as required.完成领班或主管交代的其他工作

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1. Hardworking and good organizer.工作努力，有良好的组织能力。
2. Good memory and systematic methodology: Establish and follow patterns / protocols for goods localization and registration of goods movements.记忆力良好，方法有条理。建立和遵循优秀的定位和货物转移登记系统。
3. Able to use ERP system (basic training will be provided, but proved experience in other ERP system required). 能够使用AX企业管理系统（公司会提供基本的培训，但是需要有其他企业管理系统的操作经验）
4. Proficient in windows office environment software (Word, Excel and others) to self create reporting and documents. 熟练使用办公系统(Word, Excel 和其他软件)建立报告和其他文件。
5. Drive forklift capacity (Forklift driving license and driving skills) 会开叉车（叉车驾驶证和驾驶能力）
6. Ability to work in a team of people; Teamwork and individual contribution are equally important 团队合作和个人贡献同等重要。
7. Numerical/verbal reasoning skills 数值/语言论证能力
8. The worker must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations 员工必需能够处理多项任务并视优先情况快速适应局面的改变。
