Lean Leader 精益经理
Report to: General Manager (Foreign Leader)
Work Location: 上海

Basic Functions:
To support, evaluate, facilitate and implement operational improvements promoting lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques in all parts of the organization.

Essential Functions/Expectations/Responsibilities:
1.Manufacturing/enterprise process improvement support
2.Facilitate Kaizen activity, as well as experience in group training process
3.Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma core tool knowledge and experience
4.Extensive experience with Value Stream Mapping
5.Fluent in use of a variety of problem solving tools & techniques
6.Knowledge of ISO requirements, ergonomic guidelines, internal/external/supply chain audits
7.Motivational/collaborative, able to work in a cross-functional team environment, strong interpersonal skills
8.Excellent communication and facilitation skills
9.Demonstrated proficiency in project management
10.Ability to multi-task and drive change across all business levels
11.Able to travel (up to 50%), some international
12.Desired Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience, Education and Training:
1.Expert knowledge level of Lean Enterprise with Six Sigma experience
2.Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering background
3.Six Sigma black belt preferred, Green Belt at a minimum
4.5+ years manufacturing experience
5.Good command of English
