ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A famous foreign base IT equipment manufacturing and Service provider, cooperating with client in Government/ finance/ commercial/ Health/ education, etc.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China
Reporting to:
Department Head

Responsibilities:
+ Responsibility for all aspects of technical pre-sales and consulting activities, on-going service of existing customers, prospects and enquiries
+ Work out flexible solution according to the situation of the client
+ Sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives
+ Develop scalable, sustainable business practices that impact growth of partner revenue and profits
+ Understand different partner business models
+ Integrate partner's vision and strategy with Cisco's vision and strategy to grow and sustain mutually profitable revenue
+ Develop and market the incremental value of the Channel partner
+ Create and execute a comprehensive strategic business plan
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above in IT related major, with the background in Microsoft, Cisco infrastructure Based environments
+ At least 5+ years working experience in the IT solution Sales
+ Previous multi-departmental project experience, previous direct interface with key decision makers in large technology companies, previous direct sales experience, previous management experience or supervisory experience required
+ Skill in: face-to-face presentations to customers; negotiating, closing sales, account management, leadership
+ Excellent skill in presentation and generate the proposal
+ Self-motivated and self-dependent with a positive work ethic
+ Ability and willingness to travel
+ Desire to be customer facing
+ Ability to: multi-task, responds to rapid change, manage projects, manage detail, manage people and resources, and set realistic and achievable goals/objectives
+ Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English skills
