ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a German based trading company work as a agent for several industry.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Product Director and the Operations Director
Travelling:
Around 60% travelling within China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Report on a regular base to manager about status of sales, sales pipeline, sales project etc.
+ Promote, sales activities and payment follow up
+ Join events and fairs to represent company and its products
+ Develop strong network to attract more clients
+ Plan and executes the penetration into the key account / global customer
+ Prepare annual forecast and medium term goals on sales
+ Assist management with strategic planning and prioritization
+ Prepare reports for sales analysis and forecast
+ Build professional relationship with customers at all levels
+ Perform daily sales activities
+ Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree is required
+ 5 to 7 years’ experience in working or sales in pharmaceutical industry field
+ Experience with pharmaceutical filling and packaging machines as well as process equipment
+ Have contacts to the pharmaceutical industry in China
+ Technical understanding of related products
+ Computer literate, especially excel, windows office etc
+ Be able to work independently
+ Good communicator between intercultural groups
+ Native Chinese speaker
+ Good command of English to report work in English
+ Willing to travel frequently mainly north China
