DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE &
ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Our client is a leading foreign company provide talent development service and consulting firm.
Salary:

Guangzhou/Shenzhen
Reporting to:
HK Senior BD consultant
Team size:
2 team member
Travelling:
frequently but not far
Recruitment process:
Online Test
Telephone interview
FF interview
Responsibilities:
+ Provide selection and development product expertise to clients and prospects
+ Create and implement a prospecting plan
+ Primarily manage business development by telephone
+ Analyze client databases and develop plans to prioritize activity to maximize revenue for the assignment and
create value for customers
+ Conduct presentation or product demo (majority by telephone or via web) and develop discussion paper or
proposal
Requirements:
+ 3 to 5 years intangibles service sales experience in South China
+ Bachelor’s degree, Good English in oral and written
+ Relevant complex and prospecting experience
+ Motivation for telephone sales and customer service
+ Able to take initiative and learn quickly
+ Successful experience in sales of conceptual integrated solutions, which solve business issues, is preferred
+ Prefer to have HR towards sales experience with consulting firm background
+ Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
