Position Accountabilities:

1.Be familiar with local airfreight market
2.Strengthen the local operations function and design / deploy solution via HKG / CAN gateway and SZX airport
3.Optimize customs brokerage and distribution capability
4.Ensure proper handling and compliance with all laid down standard operations procedure
5.Ensure effective communication to export / import staff for company's core values
6.Assist Airfreight Manager to develop a effective team
7.Negotiate competitive rates with airlines / vendors for ad-hoc or project base shipments
8.Develop and maintain effective communication and cordial working relationships with airline and vendors
9.Coach and train export staffs
10.Attend to incoming messages and handle enquiries relating to export operations
11.Verify billing for service provided by airlines and vendors
12.Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

1.Tertiary education or above
2.Minimum 7 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry with 3 years in managerial level
3.Be familiar with the customs regulation at mainland China
4.Good connection at local freight forwarding industry
5.Computer literate
6.Fluent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
