ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
The client is a fast growing European company providing consumer product development and complete cycle of supply chain management to end customers in European and USA.

Reporting to:
Client Team Manager & Quality Director
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Carry out new product introduction activities throughout the product development life cycle. (Prototype builds EVT to Production Ramp)
+ Work closely with Engineering Manager and Product Development leads to design and implement test builds during product development phase, product ramp phase
+ Co-ordination and approval of Validation activities
+ Management of the quality plan for NPI/NPD activities as required by customers
+ Develop Quality Plans to continuously improve product quality
+ Work with suppliers to improve quality controls
+ Drive Lean, 6 Sigma and TQM projects to improve reliability, quality, lead time and costs
+ Statistical analysis of in-process data to determine reject rates and then develop yield improvement plans
+ Data collection and analysis to produce formal reports for customers
+ Coordinate the test labs in scheduling, performing, and evaluating testing
Requirements:
+ Degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Science, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent fields
+ At least 5years experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, and with a good understanding of SPC, FMEA, six-sigma, Lean manufacturing or TQM
+ Detailed understanding of diagnostic, product testing and failure analysis
+ Experience in consumer electronic manufacturing, box builds, final assemblies
+ Experience in Process Design and controls and Good knowledge in statistical analysis
+ Experience in International Quality Standards, Six Sigma, or related problem solving methodologies is a plus
+ Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO13485 would be an advantage
+ Good project management skills
+ Good cross functional skills and Fluency in English communication skills is a must
