ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is a leading electronics manufacturing services provider on complete design, engineering and manufacturing to automotive, consumer etc. industries.
Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Senior Quality Manager
Travelling:
N/A
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Requires to do evaluation and experiment for product having high failure rate and come-up with a results or solution
+ Requires to do FA on those product needed to know root cause
+ Requires to do DOE and material Qualification to know if the new process and new material will meet product requirement
+ Requires to do Cost reduction study to lower the over head cost of the product
+ Requires to handle ETE/NPI to improve production yield
+ Requires to do a study about the DFA/DFM that will have impact to product yield and also during assembly process
+ Requires having an Interaction with design team and internal support team about electrical/mechanical design perspective
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above degree in Electro-Mechanical/ Mechanical Engineering / Quality
+ 8 years of experience in the manufacturing of consumer electronics. Knowledgeable of any Root cause analysis tools.
+ Knowledgeable in PCBA process assembly.
+ Background on doing mechanical assembly and also review DFA/DFM.
+ Know how to write technical report and to be able to present in customer.
+ Be able to understand electrical circuit diagram of any topologies.
+ Can have at least Understand and speak English
