ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is an international company specialized in designing and manufacturing various kinds of high-end home appliance products for global market.
Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China

R&D Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Participate in concept design of the new product, conduct feasibility study and estimate the cost of metal materials that are used for the new product
+ Conduct in-depth cost analysis before launching new product development
+ Responsible for overall control and technical support on metal tooling requirements for new product
+ Prepare technical documents for system design, equipment and drawing
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams on recourse allocation
+ Support supplier on Design Verification (DV), Process Verification (PV) and Production runs
+ Ensure product specification and quality requirements are met
+ Work out technical improvement proposal for new product development
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other technical degree
+ Minimum 5 years of metal tooling design experience in manufacturing company
+ Good experience in metal processing, solid knowledge of stamping, die-casting, metal extrusion, emboss etc
+ Experience working with international team, be able to follow international standard and work closely with project teams globally
+Familiar with using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project and PowerPoint
+ Good communication and presentation skill
+ Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English
+ Self-motivated, team player and be able to work under fast pace and high pressure
