A famous foreign base Semiconductor company, focusing on the area of Automotive/ Consumer Electronic/ Computing

Engineering Manager

Team size:
10

Responsibilities:
+ In charge of the Process Issue of the Test Department
+ Work with other teams to fulfill the target of quality, service and cost etc
+ Lead team to support NPI and mass production
+ Establish and continuously improve process settings so that the quality standards and high productivity levels can be sustained
+ Source new materials and equipment for production at the maximum cost effectiveness
+ Equipment management, PM strategy study and sustain good performance of equipment
+ Cooperate with Quality Department, interfaces with internal and external customers about quality matters and handles the customer complaints
+ As a leader of process engineer, test engineer and equipment engineer in testing section
+ Tests and releases materials and equipment for production according to internationally recognized standards, corporate specifications or various production centers’ acceptance criteria
+ Report the project status to the head quarter and proceed the new plan

Requirements:
+ Master degree with 5-years experiences or Bachelor Degree with 8-years experience in Engineering
+ Solid working experience in Semiconductor industry, at least 3 years in manager role
+ Familiar with the process of IC assembly and packaging
+ Capability of equipment maintenance/ debug experience

+ Fluent C
