ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Client:
A famous foreign base Semiconductor company, focusing on the area of Automotive/ Consumer Electronic/ Computing

Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:
As soon as possible

Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province

# of subordinates:
5-10

Reporting to:
Depart Head

Team size:
10-20

Responsibilities:
+ In charge of the Front end process, especially the wire bonding process
+ Responsible for the NPI issue and introduce the new bonding method
+ In charge of the product line release, project run and target/schedule management
+ Cooperate with other department for the technical issue
+ Transfer the new technology from the head quarter
+ Lead the NPI team

Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above in Engineering or related major
+ At least 8+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry
+ Hands on working experience in the Cu wire and Au wire project
+ With related experience in the USB/ Memory is perfered
+ Solid project management experience, capable in manage a technical team
+ Strong mind in control the flow of the project schedule, cost and manpower
+ Knowledge of Statistical data analysis tools
+ Good in both English and Chinese
