ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an international manufacturing company specialized in designing and manufacturing industrial equipment for both domestic and overseas customers
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Lead engineering department to design, provide technical specifications to manufacturing department and support the production technically
+ Interface with domestic and International customers to discuss technical specification, support for trouble shooting
+ Introduce customer design requirement to local manufacturing design
+ Modify design of machines according to customer demand
+ Improve production technology, and develop QC procedures and conduct the quality control for purchased parts and components
+ Forecasts operating costs and preparation project budget accordingly
+ Lead the project team to initiate the project schedule, kick off project, follow up the whole project execution till shipment and even deal with customer feedback
+ Training and development of workshop staff to upgrade their technical skill
Requirements:
+ College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or technical background
+ Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in equipment manufacturing industry
+ Solid experience in Mechanical design
+ Experience in managerial role, with strong leadership skill
+ Excellent organisational skills and strong result orientation
+ Speak fluent Chinese Mandarin and fluent English, be able to communicate in English precisely in technical terms in details
+ Self-motivated, be able to work under fast pace and high pressure
