ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a US company specialized in high-quality audio and video electronic products for various industries.
Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China

General Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Manage new product development process with cross-functional teams
+ Manage project timelines to ensure that the task is achieved on schedules
+ Prepare and check product documentation for both internal and ODM supplier designs.
+ Held regular review meetings, follow up project status and define action activities for next process
+ Report to top management on project progress and issues with trouble shooting proposals
+ Make sure that the materials are developed, reviewed and released for production
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams on recourse allocation.
+ Support supplier on their Design Verification (DV), Process Verification (PV) and Production runs
+ Ensure product specification and quality requirements are met
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical degree
+ Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electronic company with high volume manufacturing
+ Solid understanding and knowledge of EMS process of SMT, Testing and Assembly
+ Experience in dealing with Asian EMS suppliers
+ Familiar with using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project and PowerPoint
+ Fluent Mandarin and English
+ Self-motivated, be able to work under fast pace and high pressure
