ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is a large international electronic manufacturing company providing full cycle EMS service to customers.
Salary:

Engineering Manager
Team size:
5
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Definition of SMT working process, including PCB panel design, fixture design etc
+ Maintain documents concerning product, process, material, tooling, equipment, quality etc
+ Developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, conduct new technology assessment
+ Optimize the working process, run DOE for parameters optimization
+ Trouble shooting for ETE process defect
+ work on engineering tools such as stencil and other tooling
Requirements:
+ College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
+ Minimum 5 years experience in SMT process for high volume manufacturing
+ Familiar with DFM, 6 sigma methodologies
+ Rich trouble shooting experience in process issues, FA
+ Good knowledge of 6 sigma such as DOE, FMEA, SPC etc
+ Good communication skills in native Chinese Mandanrin and fluent English
+ Self-motivated, be able to work under fast pace and high pressure
