ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is an European company specialized in the production of carbon fiber composites for the automotive industry for high-end auto makers such as VW, Audi and BMW.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Technical Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for project timing and quality (product and documentations) in product development phase
+ Responsible for prototype, master sample till mass production approval
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field (Plastic Engineering, Composites)
+ At least 3 years experience in product development process for Automotive industrial or Aircraft Industry
+ Familiar with composites process: molding, CNC trimming, Bonding, Painting
+ Direct experience with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and other problem solving techniques, etc. will be advantage
+ Have a good systematic thinking, analytical skill
+ Native Chinese Mandarin speaker with good English language skills
