ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is an European company specialized in the production of carbon fiber composites for the automotive industry for high-end auto makers such as VW, Audi and BMW.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Managing Director (German)
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Strategic planning for production management
+ Creating and implementation of working environment that fosters Empowered High Performance Work Teams
+ Determination of the manufacturing feasibility of product program proposals, the review and concurrence in product program timing plans, the development and recommendation of manufacturing timing plans as required t meet approved objectives
+ Meeting plan schedules, budgets, quality and material objectives
+ Identification and implementation of continuous improvement programs to improve quality, minimize machine and equipment downtime, and reduce overhead operating costs
+ Assure that effective and efficient processes are in place to provide the teams with everything they need to satisfy their customers
+ Assure that the technical and administrative teams are providing the teams with the training
+ Support and resources needed to perform their missions
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field
+ Minimum 8 years experience in Manufacturing Production with strong leadership skill
+ Understand basic manufacturing principles and standard
+ Perfect in quality control and quality assurance principles, tools and techniques
+ Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, Safety and environmental management system
+ Knowledge in Composites Manufacturing
+ Able to do cost evaluation, project management, manpower management
+ Knowledge in Automotive or Aircraft industry
+ Knowledge of international standard would be advantage
+ Composites Manufacturing
+ Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office)
+ Strong leadership skill on communication, presentation and others necessary aspect
+ Chinese native speaker with good command of English
