DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a global firm engaged with client organizations for deployment of best practices and process improvement engagements.
Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Sales Director Asia
Travelling:
Regional travelling to customers
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for Solution Sales and Key Account Management
+ Create and build new accounts
+ Cross selling & up selling
+ Structuring & closing complex solution's deals
+ Focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction for the key accounts
+ Responsible for customer retention within highly competitive markets
+ Engaging with senior management to identify and win consulting opportunities
+ Gathering market and competitor information
+ Establishing sales and marketing plans in order to achieve the revenue, profit and market share
+ New client acquisition
+ Relationship management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor IT, Computer Science
+ 2 to 5 years experience in Quality Process Management, Sales, IT, Software Development
+ Knowledge in Quality Process Management, Software Development, IT, CMMI
+ Customer service orientated, sales nature
+ Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English is required
