ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a fast growing European company providing consumer product development and complete cycle of supply chain management to end customers in European and USA.
Salary:

Reporting to:
VP of Global HR
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement China HR strategy and administer associated policies, programs, procedures and practices
+ Partner with senior management team to shape and drive the business and people agenda
+ Work with Business Leadership teams to design organisational structures, processes, and systems to create and maintain a high performing working environment
+ Provide leadership to ensure best people-management practices and full legal compliance
+ Be responsible for policy and guideline development, employee engagement strategies, and developing and sustaining an employee advocacy policy
+ Be responsible for HR back office systems and payroll management
+ Work as a key contributor to developing HR strategies in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee services, and HR information technology
+ Act as senior HR advisor to the management on all people issues impacting the business
+ Provide clear and timely direction to ensure that HR processes are aligned with and support company's strategic business objectives
+ Lead and guide change management efforts and initiatives, including cultural transformation
+ Strive to meet client needs by providing the highest quality HR products and services
+ Regularly gather feedback from clients to understand and respond to client’s changing needs so to continually improve the quality of products and services
+ Oversee the performance management and appraisal process
+ Ensure People Managers have the necessary understanding, possess the required skills and actively engage in the process
+ Manage associated compensation processes including salary, incentive bonus, and other reward and recognition programs
+ Proactively leads the identification and forecasting of Human Resources needs
+ Develop and implement corresponding strategies to ensure company has the required talent, including the skills, knowledge, competencies and experiences necessary to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree is required, HR related degree is preferred
+ More than 5 years of experience as Head of HR Function for MNC with 3000+ employees
+ More than 10 years of HR experience, which must include at least 10 years of varied HR experience in core HR technologies (i.e. compensation, benefits, training and organizational development)
+ Must be a strategic thinker and have strong skills in influence, conflict resolution and problem solving + Be able to think strategically and to discuss HR policies, structures, etc
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
