ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a fast growing European company providing consumer product development and complete cycle of supply chain management to end customers in European and USA.

Reporting to:
Resourcing Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
+ Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
+ Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
+ Management of a full cycle of recruitment process, including the development and execution of attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection and acquisition strategies for high quality candidates
+ Research and analyze data pertaining to recruitment, turnover, staffing pattern, labor markets and demographics to maximize utilization of staff
+ Recommend improvements to reduce recruitment related turnover, prepare and analyze talent acquisition metrics
+ Oversee recruiting/career website content including social media, ensuring content is in line with the Company’s mission, values and employment branding
+ Collaborate with HR/Talent Team directors to develop templates for on-boarding and continually offer refinements and enhancements to on-boarding processes
+ Manage and develop relationships with recruitment agencies and review SLA annually
+ Partner directly with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process, manage pipeline and to facilitate the hiring decision
+ Identify, develop, and champion recruitment methods and activities to advance diversity and the practice of inclusion+ Develop and implement a talent pipeline strategy that leverages leading edge practices and technologies to ensure that current and future talent needs are anticipated and strategically met
+ Determine best approaches to sourcing candidates through direct search, referrals, social media/networking, job boards and university recruitment that deliver quality candidates in a cost effective manner
+ Develop a college talent attraction program (intern, co-op, college recruitment) to assist in the future needs of technical talent
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and HR team
+ Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
+ Drive employer branding through actively sourcing through social media
+ Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource
+ Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement
+ Willing to be part of a small HR Team where everyone gets involved and helps out
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
+ Proven ability to drive initiatives recruitment processes to closure; strong results-orientation mindset; able to manage multiple priorities and lead change
Requirements:
+ Acquired related degree/professional qualification
+ Minimum of 3 to 5 years recruitment experience. A minimum of 2 years in-house experience is preferred, but not essential
+ Demonstrated track record of over achieving in a corporate or agency environment
+ Passionate about improving delivery and using innovative methods to attract and retain key talent
+ Team player, with a positive attitude and strong ability to build relationships both internally and externally
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
