ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Reporting to:
Quality Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop mechanics in quality and technical aspects. Major activities include:
+ Evaluation and qualification of new mechanics suppliers
+ Facilitate the Early mechanics supplier quality involvement of new product development phase
+ Monitoring and control of mechanics supplier quality performance,i.e.Process Yield, outgoing DPPM,CPK,Monthly Top actions follow-up etc.
+ Expedite and support to resolve all related mechanics supplier quality and technical issues involved some LA, MRB,SCAR follow-up timely and effectively
+ Work with supplier and internal functional team to manage supplier change notification process in Agile system
+ Regular audit of supplier manufacturing system and process based on the plan
+ Implement injection molding continual improvement process and CCIP projects follow-up on quality improvement and cost saving at mechanics supplier factory
+ Support key actions of quality&environmental strategy deployed to suppliers
+ Support global procurement activities among company sites
+ Other tasks related to supplier quality development or assigned by superior
Requirements:
+ College in Electronic, mechanical Engineering or above
+ Over 2 years working experience in Electronic, mechanical or related product manufacturing, wherein some years up of supplier quality management is preferable
+ Expertise in Project management and supplier quality management in multinational company is an advantage
+ Strong background and know-how in quality control& quality problem solving tools, customer complaint handling process etc.
+ Good industrial knowledge on telecommunication products/materials, processes and technologies
+ Good interpersonal skill with team work spirit
+ Good communicate skills, in both Chinese Mandarin and English
