ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an Europe based global leading supplier of mobile phone chargers.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Engineering Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Designs production process
+ Determine and testing the new materials and the adjusted process before massive production
+ Follow up the production progress, analyse and trouble shooting the problems of production process
+ Continuous improvement on production capability and efficiency to achieve cost saving
Requirements:
+ College or above in electronic field
+ Over two years experience in process area in electronic manufacturing industry, with NPI experience
+ Two years experience in SMT process of Reflow Soldering and Wave Soldering
+ Be able to analyse the defect of electrical property of power supply proudcts
+ Good command of Chinese Mandarin and English reading and written, preferred fluent spoken English
