ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Engineering Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Check the products' primal design information, determine the possible
+ Determine the best process scheme and production flow for primal production, Cost down the cost of mass production + Analyse the result of trial-produce,make the report for trail-produce. Analyse the failure reason and give improvement measures
+ Determine the manpower,equipment,and jig's requirement,make and perfect the production layout,make sure the capacity of the line
+ Make continuously improvement
Requirements:
+ College or above; majored in industrial engineering, project management or other related subject
+ More than 4 years related work experience
+ Good communication skills and coordination capacity
+ At least CET-4, Good reading and writing English
+ Be able to work under pressure
