ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Reporting to:
Branch Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews


Responsibilities:

Business Development & Account Management:
+ Actively promote yourself and the Direct HR services to new and existing clients for our practice Engineering & Operations via email, phone and in person
+ Build a database of client contacts and key decision makers / influencers for each account
+ Generate assignments i.e. find opportunities to match the client needs with appropriate candidates
+ Build solid and profitable relationships with clients through the delivery of exceptional customer service

Candidate & Project Management:
+ Identify, attract and interview suitable candidates and ensure appropriate referrals to employers
+ Conduct ongoing follow-up activities with clients and candidates via email, phone and in person to determine employment status and satisfaction with services delivered
+ Support the on-boarding process of hired candidates
+ Generate revenue by completing the assignments
+ Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market
+ Attend job fairs and networking events

Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent
+ Work experience demonstrating a track record of success in sales and recruitment
+ Ability to work independently as well as in team setting
+ Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
+ Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
+ Fluency in Chinese (mother tongue) and English (preferably CET6 and/or TEM8 certificate holders)
