ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an European based global leading supplier of mobile chargers.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Quality Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Leading daily failure analysis (FA) for the defects from production line in time
+ Prepare FA report and send to internal quality team for review
+ Support quality engineer to dig out the root cause of failures, inclusive production failure and complaint
+ Support quality engineer to prepare 8D report for customer
+ Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
+ Minimum holds a bachelor degree in electronics engineering
+ Over 3 years failure analysis experience in electronic manufacturing industry
+ Good knowledge in PCBA, SMT, reflow process, USW etc.
+ Electronics design experience plus
+ Good communicate skills, in both Chinese Mandarin and English
