POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is focus on all the sales involved issues and our client really wants someone have experiences in manufacturing industry and have a good business sense to develop a new career.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, maintain and improve the relationship with customers in Chinese market.
- Assistant during RFQ management flow.
- Constant contact with customer by phone/email and visit exhibitions.
- Search and contact new possible customers.
- Introduce to the customers all range of products..
- Cooperate with customers to analyze in details the market situation.
- Provide to the GM monthly report with the sales forecast.
- Provide to the GM the Customer's order approved.
- Provide to the GM the Customer's order collected by phone call or e-mail and approve it on behalf of customer.
- Take care of the customer claims and supervise the process until the end.
- Connect the customer with after sale service and coordinate the service activities.
- Provide to the GM weekly report of the progress of the market.
- In advance provide to the GM one week plan of the commercial activities and then daily report about the activities done.
- Collect information necessary to learn about the customers' satisfaction.
- Verify the correct payments and collection of payment from customers.
- Investigate on the activities of competitors or new possible competitors.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or above with engineering background.
- At least 5 years sales or marketing experience in the related industrial fields
- Fluency in spoken / written English; Good command in Excel, Word, Windows, Power Point.
- Willing to travel; Interview skill; Negotiation skill; Communication with impact skill.
- Capable to work under pressure and frequent business travel.
